1. Scope of Application

• At least 18 years old to purchase coaching, consulting, or live services

We do not knowingly market to minors.

If we discover that a customer does not meet these age requirements:

• The order will be cancelled

• Access to the product or service will be revoked

• A refund will be issued where legally required

3. Orders

All orders placed on our website constitute a binding agreement.

Once payment is successfully processed, the order is considered final and confirmed.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the checkout page and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

We do not store your payment details. All card information is encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor.

We are not responsible for any security breach, outage, or technical failure of third-party payment systems.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

All products and services are delivered digitally.

Delivery is deemed complete once:

• Access to the digital product is granted, or

• Login credentials or access links are sent to the customer

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address and account details are correct.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. Refund Policy (Digital Products & Services)

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of results

• Failure to use the product

• Incompatibility with personal expectations

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charges

• Proven technical failure that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved

If a refund is approved, access to all content will be revoked.

All programs, guides, videos, documents, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of DigiFace Solutions PTE LTD.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
